Reporting a Pothole
Although City crews regularly inspect streets and intersections according to the Ontario standards to identify potholes and other road deficiencies, some may occur before crews find them.
To report a pothole please submit the form below or call the Operations Department at 613-342-8772. Please be as specific as possible about the location of the pothole and let us know as many of the following details as you can gather.
