The City of Brockville is implementing a new Asset and Work Management System to improve how municipal assets are managed and maintained. The project includes the Citywide Portal, which allows residents to report issues related to City-owned infrastructure and assets online, while helping staff track maintenance activities, manage work orders, and support long-term planning and budgeting.
