Pathways to Production: Intake period is open

The intake period is now open for the next two rounds of "Pathways to Production"
January 6-February 14, 2020 or February 24-April 13, 2020

The program responds to the manufacturing industry's needs for skilled employees to fill local job opportunities by working to bridge the skills gap and introduce people to different careers within the sector.

The Employment and Education Centre (EEC) is currently accepting applicants for their 6 week training program which includes 2 weeks of on-the-job training with a local manufacturer.

Program benefits:

  • Receive Industry Certifications
  • Develop Employability Skills to be Successful
  • Obtain Manufacturing Workplace Experience

Receive:

  • 4 weeks in-class training
  • 2 weeks paid job trial
  • Job coaching and participant supports such as dependent care and transportation
  • Opportunities for full-time employment
