Candidate Financial Statements (Form 4)
All Candidates, inlcuding those who withdrew their nomination, candidates who were not certified and did not appear on the ballot, and cadidates that were acclaimed must file a financial statement. Candidates who do not file their financial statements in accordance with the Municipal Elections Act, will forfeit their elected office (if they won the election) and will not be eligible to run for office until after the next election.
