Is there a charge to have my water turned off?
Water shut offs and turn on to allow plumbing repairs in the home are free during normal business hours (7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.) Monday to Friday excluding holidays.
After hours, there is a charge which varies depending on when and how long the work takes. The homeowner would be required to sign a work order prior to the work being done.
