Questions about your assessment, or, appealing your assessment?
The Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC) is a not-for-profit funded by all Ontario municipalities and is responsible in assuring that your assessed value of your proerty is accurate.
If you would like more information about your property, or, you would like to appeal its assessed value, you need to contact MPAC. The MPAC web site is www.mpac.ca.

Once you get to the MPAC site, point to the left hand side of the screen to Need a Form?
When you point to Need a Form?, you can select Request for Reconsideration Form on the submenu.
This will provide you with all the necessary information regarding your assessment and appealing.
