The City of Brockville invites applications from interested and qualified individuals for appointments to the Brock Trail Advisory Committee.
The Brock Trail Advisory Committee’s activities include:
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and expansion of the Brock Trail;
- Fundraising, or assisting with fundraising, where appropriate and requested by Council; and
- Contributing to the development of long-term strategic planning documents such as a Brock Trail Master Plan.
Member Eligibility
To serve on a Board or Committee of Council, an applicant or member must:
- be 16 years of age (with parental consent) or older;
- be a City of Brockville resident, business owner or property owner; and
- name three individuals who are willing to act as a reference, if needed.
Commitment
The Committee meets on the first Thursday of each month (excluding January. July and December) at 1:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall (Third Floor). A lift and elevator are available. Virtual participation at meetings is also permitted.
