This Request for Proposals (the RFP) is an invitation by the City of Brockville (the City) to potential firms, in good standing with the City, to submit non-binding Proposals for the Waterfront Canteen Lease at the James A.C. Auld Harbour Services Building. This request will follow the guidelines set in the City of Brockville’s 2021 Procurement Policy POL.F.20.139.

Please submit your proposal outlining your food/beverage experience and outlining your vision for this unique space. In submitting a proposal, the Proponent must include:

1. The Proponent’s name, address, and telephone number.
2. Resume(s) and qualifications of key personnel
3. A brief outline of the Proponent, including prior related experience in work
   of a similar size and scope and other pertinent business details that may support the selection of the business as a lessee for the space.
4. Vision for the space, emphasizing how the services will merge with and highlight the existing area. The city is interested food/beverage services that will complement Brockville’s existing business mix and enhance this waterfront space. v) Vendors are required to provide the City with a detailed list of products (menu) to be sold.
5. Proposed hours of operation
6. Proposed monthly or weekly lease rate payable to the Municipality
