Shop Where Your Heart Is: program returns November 15

Now in its fifth year, this program rewards you for shopping at local businesses during the holiday season and with weekly chances to win prizes. The more stores, restaurants, and attractions you support, the more chances you have to win!

We have made some changes to how to the program works this year, giving you challenges to complete to earn ballots towards our weekly prize draws and our even our grand prize draw.

This year’s program will kick off on November 15^th at the “Miracle on King Street” event in Downtown Brockville.

In partnership with the Brockville and District Chamber of Commerce, Downtown Brockville, Brockville Tourism, and the River of Lights.

How does it work?

The program is simple:

1. Shop at local Brockville stores and complete activities
   1. Complete any 3 items from List A, OR
   2. Complete any 2 items from List B, OR
   3. Complete 1 item from List C (items from List C also qualifies you for our grand prize draw)
2. Collect your receipts and photos. Collect your receipts from purchases made in Brockville all December long, starting on November 15^th with Downtown Brockville’s Miracle on King Street event, and ending on January 4^th on the final night of the River of Lights.
3. Turn in your receipts and photos. After completing your selected activities, turn in your activity sheet (please tick which items you have completed) along with any necessary proof of purchase (receipt) or photo evidence of you completing your activities.
   1. Submissions can be dropped off at the 24 hour drop box outside of the Brockville and District Chamber of Commerce at 3 Market Street West. Make sure to include your name and contact information! Other drop off locations can be found below.
   2. You can also enter your receipt information and photos online using our submission tool (save your receipts in case your name is drawn)

Print off the Shop Where Your Heart Is activities, or pick up a rack card from one of our partners below. Submissions can be entered online, or returned to any of the following partners:

• Downtown Brockville, 3 Market Street West
• Downtown Lead Stores:
  • Market District: River West Co., 80 King Street

  • Arts District: Wild Little Roses, 232 King Street West

Activities requiring a photo can be submitted online by tagging our social media channels (@ShopWhereYourHeartIs on Facebook or Instagram – coming soon), or submitted through our online form.

Visit us on launch day

Stop by our booth near City Hall on the morning of Saturday November 15 at the at the “Miracle on King Street: A Dickens of a Christmas” event in Downtown Brockville. We will have free hot chocolate and if you take our “Shop Where Your Heart Is” pledge (online or in person) you will be entered into our first draw for one of our new, extra large, Shop Where Your Heart Is tote bags!
