The City of Brockville has recently installed signs indicating that certain areas will be closed from November 15 to April 30. During this period, these areas will not be maintained.
This seasonal closure is necessary to ensure public safety, as winter conditions make it difficult or unsafe for our crews to maintain these locations. Factors such as limited access, steep terrain, and unpredictable weather create conditions that cannot be managed safely or effectively during the winter months.
We kindly ask all residents to respect the posted closures and avoid entering these areas until they reopen in the Spring.
