Protecting Yourself from COVID-19 (including Vaccine)

Information on the virus itself as well as prevention and protection measures and information about the vaccines are available in the Protection from COVID-19 section of the Health Unit's website. 

When you do need to go out in public, take a cloth face covering/mask with you so you can put it on when you are potentially in close contact with other people. Check here for more information on mask wearing.

Brockville Assessment Centre launched their new online appointment booking systemHours for appointments are Monday to Friday 10am – 5:30pm and Weekends 10am -2:30pm.

City Hall and Gord Watts Municipal Centre closed to the Public

City Hall and Gord Watts Municipal Centre are now closed to the public. For essential in-person tasks, an advance appointment may be made with the required department.  Click for a complete listing of City Facilities Status.

Parking passes may be ordered/updated over the phone with a credit and vehicle license information. A new pass can be mailed.

Parking tickets may be paid by phone with a credit card, or a cheque through the mail or in the Drop Box at the front of City Hall at 1 King Street.

Garbage tags may be purchased at Metro, Superstore, Canadian Tire, Home Hardware, Quickie convenience stores. Please note the Kensington Plaza Quickie location does not sell large item tags.
