Service Requests and Issue Reporting
The City of Brockville has launched Citywide Portal, an online tool for reporting issues and submitting service requests related to City-owned infrastructure and municipal assets. Residents can provide details and pinpoint locations, allowing requests to be routed directly to the appropriate City staff for faster tracking, coordination, and response.
Residents are often the first to notice when something requires attention. Submitting service requests through the Citywide Portal helps the City identify maintenance needs, prioritize work, and maintain municipal infrastructure more effectively.
The Citywide Portal is intended for service requests related to City-owned infrastructure and municipal assets. Click the dropdown arrow below to view the full list of service requests available through the portal.
Select the Submit a Service Request button below to access the Citywide Portal. You may create an account or continue as a guest. Then enter required contact information to ensure requests are handled accurately and efficiently.
