Please be advised that our complaints system does not generate automated responses. Once you click the purple “submit” button, your complaint will be lodged, and your submission details sent to the Bylaw Department.

If you selected “Yes” for the “Response Requested” option, you will receive a response after the issue has been investigated. This response will indicate which staff member handled your inquiry and whether any violations were found.

Currently, the Bylaw Department is experiencing a high volume of complaints. As a result, it may take at least two weeks for us to respond.
