Planning Notices
Information on the current Planning Applications including Notices of Public Meetings and Notices of Committee of Adjustment Hearings for the City of Brockville can be found here. Each Public Meeting Notice will also contain the meeting link (once available) for the public to use to access or attend the Public Meeting.
To request information on these applications, including public meeting minutes, planning report, notice of passing/adoption, or to submit a comment regarding an application, please fill out the form below or submit your correspondence in writing to planning@brockville.com. Written correspondence must include your full name, address, and the item on the agenda that your correspondence is related to.
Please note: If you wish to be notified of the decision of the Corporation of the City of Brockville in respect to any/all of the above applications, you must make a written request by completing the form below, or by writing to the Planning Department for the City of Brockville, P.O. Box 5000, Brockville, Ontario, K6V 7A5 or planning@brockville.com prior to the meeting.
If a person or public body does not make oral submissions at the public meeting or make written submissions to the City of Brockville before the proposed amendments are adopted, the person or public body:
- is not entitled to appeal the decisions of the City of Brockville to the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal; and,
- may not be added as a party to the hearing of an appeal before the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal unless, in the opinion of the board, there are reasonable grounds to do so.
