I, the undersigned, hereby grant the City of Brockville permission to photograph, film, or otherwise record my image, likeness, voice, or appearance, in whole or in part.
I authorize the City of Brockville to use these photographs, images, and/or video recordings for promotional, marketing, educational, and informational purposes, in any medium now known or later developed.
I authorize the City of Brockville to use these photographs, images, and/or video recordings for promotional, marketing, educational, and informational purposes, in any medium now known or later developed. This may include use across social media, digital marketing campaigns, City websites, printed materials, publications, and other promotional or educational content related to City events, tourism, and community initiatives.
I understand that these materials may be used by the City of Brockville, any third party under contract with the City, and/or its affiliated partners, including but not limited to Brockville Tourism, the Brockville Arts Centre, Brockville Museum, the Brockville Police Service and the Brockville Public Library.
I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or the accompanying written or spoken content used in connection with these materials.
I hereby waive, release and discharge the City of Brockville, its elected officials, officers, employees, representatives, agents, contractors, volunteers, committees, and partners from any and all claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, or causes of action of any kind arising from the use of these images or recordings, connected to my participation including out of negligence, and including but not limited to claims related to blurring, alteration, optical illusion, or composite use, whether intentional or otherwise.
I understand that no compensation will be provided for the use of my image or likeness. This release is binding and applies to all uses described above.
