Personal information, as defined by the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA) is collected on this form and from the information provided on your ID card under the authority of the Municipal Act, 2011, and in accordance with the provisions of the MFIPPA for the purpose of permit holder verification. The permit holder’s name will be treated as public information, but any other personal information we collect will only be released in accordance with the MFIPPA or as required by law.
