Below you will find a number of information items on the topics that our Planning and Building staff get asked about the most, from what kind of permit is required, what you are allowed to do on your property, building fees and charges, and development charges, to specific topics such as swimming pools and driveway widening.
For more information about any of these topics, or other plans you may have, please talk to our staff about your ideas. Our knowledgeable and approachable staff can help you figure out what is permitted on your property, and let you know what permits may be required.
